As an organization, you have the opportunity to customize your gift based on your unique mission and our community’s needs. We have partnered with numerous schools, law enforcement and first responder agencies, foundations, and family-serving nonprofit organizations throughout the state. Here’s how you can help:

Double Your Employees’ Impact
Many employers match giving as an employee incentive to donate, both doubling their employees’ donations and their impact. Work with your HR Department to see how you can provide this service to your employees.
Put Your Employees to Work
Many of our corporate partners support one-to-one mentoring relationships by allowing employees to provide valuable mentorship on an individual level. You can:
- Advertise our programs through any newsletters, bulletin boards, or other intra-office communications
- Provide paid volunteer hours that employees can utilize to be a mentor in one of our programs.
- Allow employees to mentor during the work day at your own office. We currently work with Comcast, Discover, and Goldman Sachs for
our Workplace Mentoring program. Contact [email protected] to learn what it takes
to become a partner for this program.
Set Up a Clothing Drive
Support Big Brothers Big Sisters by having a clothing drive at your company. Your employees solicit bags of clothing and small household items for donation, then we schedule a day/week to pick up the donated goods. You can also place a barrel in your office for longer-term collection. Then we sell the goods to Savers thrift store and get a check based on the pounds of goods collected. Learn more here.

Spark
Community Partners
We can’t fulfill our mission alone, so we have partnered with numerous schools, law enforcement and first responder agencies, and foundations, as well as family-serving non-profit organizations throughout the state. These partnerships are fundamental to supporting Littles as they develop their potential and begin their path toward personal fulfillment. Recognizing that little moments can have a big impact on a child, partners contribute to brighter futures, better schools, and stronger communities.
